Victoria Central Appraisal District is responsible for appraising all real and business personal property within Victoria County. The district appraises property according to the Texas Property Tax Code and the Uniform

The Victoria CAD will open to Taxpayer visits starting March 1st, 2021. Due to the concerns for
Taxpayer health from the Corona Virus Pandemic the District will follow the guidelines below:
* All visitors must wear a mask
* Only 10 taxpayers will be allowed into the district at a time
* Visitors will only be allowed in the foyer area
