If the Access Downloadssecurity permission is enabled for your account, follow these steps to install Silverlight Trusted Mode 3.0. If the permission is not enabled for your account, ask a member of your firm who does have the permissions to complete steps 1 through 3 and have them provide you with a copy of the file to install.
Uninstall Microsoft Silverlight. Uninstall Microsoft Silverlight 5 SDK. Open visual studio 2013 and create a new Silverlight project. Click the link on the popup which points to the 64bit sdk installer. Bear in mind you need ie11 rather than edge for Silverlight. Locate and select Microsoft Silverlight. To install the latest version of the Silverlight plug-in: Navigate to Netflix.com and play any title. Follow the prompts to download and install Silverlight on your Windows PC.
Note: You must install Silverlight Trusted Mode 3.0 before you can use the following desktop integration features.

Follow these steps to download and install Silverlight Trusted Mode 3.0.
- Click the Administration button in the navigation pane, and then click the Downloads button.
- Click the Miscellaneous tab in the workspace, and then click the link for Silverlight Trusted Mode 3.0.
- Save the AdvanceFlowTrustedModeConfiguration.exe installation file to your computer.
- Navigate to the location where you saved the file, right-click the AdvanceFlowTrustedModeConfiguration.exe file, and choose Run as administrator.
You must download the installation file and run it as an administrator to ensure that the AdvanceFlow integration features function properly.
- Click OK when the installation is complete.
- Restart your current AdvanceFlow session to enable Silverlight Trusted Mode 3.0.
