The MOSFET Small Signal Amplifier OBJECTIVE To study the properties of the common source MOSFET amplifier. The voltage gain, input and output resistance will be calculated both theoretically and experimentally. COMPONENTS REQUIRED. N-channel MOSFET 2N4351 (1 ). Resistors 5.6KΩ, 10kΩ, 100kΩ, 1Meg. Capacitor 22µF, (2). Small Signal MOSFET 200 mAmps 60 Volts NChannel TO92 200 mAMPS 60 VOLTS. Small Signal MOSFET 25 V 1.2 A Single NChannel SC88.

Description
These N-channel enhancement mode field effect transis-
tors are produced using Fairchild's proprietary, high cell
density, DMOS technology. These products minimize on-
state resistance while providing rugged, reliable, and fast
switching performance. They can be used in most appli-
cations requiring up to 400 mA DC and can deliver pulsed
currents up to 2 A. These products are particularly suited
for low-voltage, low-current applications, such as small
servo motor control, power MOSFET gate drivers, and
